CANCER REMISSION

During my treatments for breast cancer (three surgeries and chemotherapy), Christine’s work was an invaluable, saving grace. She helped me to visualize my healing, to focus on my restoring my strength and guide me towards the best possible outcome for my recovery. Her sessions left me with a deep sense of calm and renewed confidence in my body and it’s ability to to heal. Additionally, with her guidance I was able to manage the pain and did not need to rely on the painkillers I was prescribed. Working with Christine completely changed the way I approached my cancer and treatments; rather than focusing on the fear and pain, she taught me to focus on the beauty and wonder of the body's ability to restore itself. I can not thank Christine enough for the vital support she offered during such a frightening and painful time for me.

OVERCOMING FEAR OF HEIGHTS

I had a really problematic fear of heights that kept me from hiking the easiest trails on my own. In just one session with Christine it’s almost 100% gone! I hiked Grand Canyon with no fear, did long zipline above heights and loved it!

Christine has also been extremely helpful for my teenager kid.

I recommend Christine to everyone!
I am already planning to go back and take care of other fears of mine ☺️.

HEALING SHOULDER

I am so grateful to have received benefit from hypnotherapy sessions with Christine. Having had a shoulder surgery that failed I was anxious after my second surgery that something might go wrong again. I was taking care of myself physically following the surgery, but I feel the opportunity to work with Christine on a more subtle level was crucial in my healing. Christine was an interested and attentive listener in finding out who I was and what emotions I was experiencing regarding my shoulder. She encouraged me to create intentions for our sessions by helping me to identify the main concerns and obstacles I was facing. She had me consider places and spaces that were sacred and joyous to me, and in concert with detailed imagery she would guide me through a guided visualization, an experience that soothed my fears, relaxed my spirit and offered useful tools of imagery that I could call upon when concerns cropped up in my healing process. I can still hear her soothing voice, and will never forget the visualizations that were instrumental in seeing myself to fullness of health and well-being.

RESOLVING OLD TRAUMAS

I met Christine through friends and was dealing with a personal issue that I had been trying to solve for many years through many different modalities without satisfactory success. I liked her energy and decided to try hypnosis. I went with and open mind and an agenda. I was looking for tangible keys and solutions, I got so much more. What was unleashed brought me to work on strong transgenerational legacy, I was confronted to inherited trauma and was able to explore it in safe and supported environment. My mind was free to let in, let appear what I really needed, and suddenly here he was: powerful, strong and determined, loving, poised and majestic, my protector, the guardian of my nights, the sublime representation of my higher power.

MANAGING ANGER

"I was immediately at ease when I got in touch with Christine. The first meeting, which seemed impressive to me, was made less dramatic by the smile, the calm, and the kindness of my hostess. I was not very fond of these methods, to tell the truth I didn't believe in them at all! But I was amazed by his professionalism and the technique used. I managed to come out of my sessions calm, and to reuse my tools individually to overcome my anger."

GOOD TO MYSELF

Christine allowed me to manage a coping mechanism I had developed from a young age to deal with stress, sadness, anger, or any negative emotions for that matter. Through her listening, her patience, her compassion, and caring, she guided me to be fully aware of my habit and find a way out. Today, that habit is something of the past. It’s not me anymore. Christine’s zest for life resonated with me and made the sessions very enjoyable.

LIFE WITHOUT IBS

Working with Christine has felt intuitive ever since we started working together a year ago. After I told her what I was here for, we determined what may be the root causes of my IBS related issues, and she suggested a range of techniques that we could use to work on the problem.
Christine has a holistic approach and very fine-tuned psychological skills. I always appreciate how flexible she is to what I need to do in the moment, her ability to guide me on my journey inwards and take me to a place where I can start working on what we have decided that day. Then she lets me take the reins and follows me: she has multiple sets of tools and suggestions that she adapts to what I come up with, to lead me to the best outcome. I always find a clue, an understanding, and very often a breakthrough!
I have now solved my initial problem, and I keep coming because with her I have found a way to connect with myself on a deeper level, and I keep finding answers that would otherwise require a few years of psychotherapy.
I cannot recommend Christine enough! She’s all that magics !!

ANXIETY RELIEF (14 YEARS OLD)

Coming out of the pandemic, I had anxiety which caused me to struggle to take deep breaths. Christine helped me focus on my breathing and other useful techniques to calm my anxiety and nerves.
