Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, except in the case of an emergency. Payment Payment is due at the time of the session unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session may need to end at the originally scheduled time so that the following appointment can begin as planned.
